>Hot And Spicy Buffalo Wing Recipe

Buffalo Wings

In a plastic bag [like the ones you get at grocery stores] put in the chicken and pour in the oil, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Shake in bag until all chicken is coated and store in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place wings in a baking dish. Sprinkle with onion and garlic powder and salt. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and drain grease then to add to the buffalo wing sauce.

Buffalo Wing Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour to make a roux then reduce heat to low. Stir in pepper and hot sauce until smooth and starts to slightly thicken. Pour into a large, round bowl.

When chicken is done, add to the bowl of wing sauce and toss until all chicken is coated.

Put wings back in baking dish with another cup of this sauce poured into dish and return to oven for another 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and dish and serve immediately.

Buffalo Wing Dipping Sauce

Place the blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process until almost smooth.

Serve the chicken wings hot or at room temperature with the blue cheese dip and celery sticks.

Almost any potato side dish will go well with buffalo wings.
