Honey Mustard Dressing


2 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Combine oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in a blender on low speed one at a time making use of the hole in the lid so the mix won't fly out as you add each item. Refrigerate in any kind of glass or ceramic container until ready to use. Will keep up to a month.
