It's All Food Related


Slice open avocado and peel off skin. Dice and mash in a bowl with chili powder [you can use an electric hand mixer or food processor on low speed for this if you don't want to do it by hand, but by using these tools it will come out smooth instead of chunky.]

Cut lime in half and squeeze out juice into the avocado mash. Stir.

Add salsa and sour cream and stir until the mixture is a light green colour without streaks of white or red.

Cover with plastic and chill overnight.
