The Friendly Witch Doctor

Before you ask, no, I am not a doctor nor do I play one on television. I just find the topic fascinating and I love to do research. As you will see, I am backing things up with references to actual professional opinions. Now that you have read this far, remember, I am not a doctor so any advice, diagnosis or treatment should be done only by a professional. If you have any concerns, make an appointment with your doctor.

Are you sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? Get into shape today. Gain the motivation you need to lose weight, have more energy, regain your emotional, physical and mental health. The information is free and the rest is up to you.

In order to start feeling better about yourself, you must decide what exactly you want from your life then assess what you need to change.

Don't be misled. Just because other people think a perfect life, body or attitude is the way one should be does not mean it is right for you. Not everyone is meant to be a super model or a body builder. You must decide for yourself what feels right for you AND what is healthy for you. That is a personal decision and only you and your doctor can plan the perfect route to get there.

As for the ones who like to sneer, jeer, and nag friends, loved ones and even perfect strangers for the way they are, keep in mind they have their own insecurities. The only reason they will rag on you is not really that they are that concerned about your health and/or weight, it usually is because they want to find fault with another to make up for their own lacks in life. Don't let them force or pressure you. You alone must be the one to make the commitment, they can't do it for you. If you let them get to you, you may tend to get worse instead of better. So keep in mind, they are the ones with the problem. You have your own so don't mind them.
