To be fair, the official position of the Watchtower And Bible Tract Society is to not have faithful members be online or to put up sites on their behalf. This kind of activity is frowned upon by JWs, but they are not punished for doing so. This is why you will see so few active JW web sites as opposed to the many web sites critical of it.
