The Science of Anatomy
Anatomy is the study of Biology, but pertains to what is going on inside of living beings. It covers the skin, blood, skeleton/bones, organs, glands, hormones and everything underneath.
This is yet another subject most people can get by without in the real world, but life can be made richer from the knowledge. Aside from games of trivia, you can have a better understanding about everyday things such as how your body is aging, dieting, what happens when you break a bone, disease, and extending your life. Those areas alone should make one want to pursue more knowledge of what their bodies are doing.
This topic is crucial in all medical professions, including psychology and sociology. Even if you are working on the day to days of law enforcement, air flight, and to a certain degree in service jobs, you will have some specialized need for anatomy.
Since Anatomy is such a great topic with many avenues that cannot possible be covered on this site, I will leave you with the following resources.
