There is a contest going on for "King Of Babylon" which is one of the hottest events at Babylon. Justin is still trying to nail Brian in a relationship and is frustrated that Brian takes him for granted, so he enters the contest. Brian, wanting to embarrass David, enters David in the contest only to be surprised that he was a hot contestant. Vic goes to the mens' room in the mall and is set up by a cop and arrested. Justin wins as "King Of Babylon" and not only snubs Brian, but steals his date as well.
